In this portion, Paul speaks about his living situations. Being content is what brings the answer to any financial or living conditions your faced with. Being content mean to be cheerful, fulfilled or satisfied whit what you have. God has promised that He will meet our need in Matt. 6:33 so Paul shows contentment in what God provides for him. “I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me” means here that Paul can handle anything, any situation that comes his way by strength by Christ, by His Word and promises.
